Delegates are advised to contact Travel With Flair at 021 419 1350 to arrange flights to OR Tambo International Airport. Delegates are requested to make their travel arrangements on time. However, all flight bookings for NHLS staff will be facilitated by the PathReD Organizing Committee through the TWF. Tickets will only be issued to NHLS delegates who selected the Flight option during the online registration process and subsequently completed their booking form on the PathReD Congress 2025 website.
Emperors Palace is conveniently situated next to O.R. Tambo International Airport. A complimentary shuttle service will be provided to and from OR Tambo International Airport. It will be available every 20 minutes from 6:00 am to 2:00 pm on the 2nd of October 2025 and from 6:00 am to 10:00 am on the 3rd of October 2025. Should you arrive at a time outside of the designated shuttle times, you can either wait for the next shuttle or arrange your transport. Private VIP and after-hours transfers can be arranged at an additional cost through Unicab on 011 928 1762.
The Gautrain rapid rail network comprises a link between Pretoria and Johannesburg as well as O.R. Tambo International Airport and Sandton. Gautrain busses operate weekdays on the route directly to Emperors Palace.
Free group shuttles will be available at the below-designated pick-up points in Gauteng for onsite REGISTERED and ACCEPTED delegates only. A confirmed route plan will be communicated only to the delegates who selected this option during the registration process and subsequently completed their booking form on the PathReD Congress 2025 website. PARKING: At the Emperor's Palace entrance please indicate you are attending the PathReD Congress. There is plenty of safe parking available in the vicinity of the Emperors Palace Convention Centre.
When arriving at Emperors Palace tollgate, inform the personnel you are attending an event & the parking is on us!
